F&J Built in Cupboards is a Sole Proprietor SMME that is owned and managed by an individual! We comply to all the regulations and registrations namely VAT, Workmen's Compensation and UIF. The owner's explanation on this business type is simple.... "the business fails and the individual fails!"
So how do we compete with other businesses in our field of expertise? We don't!
We run the business according to key business principles: professionalism, communication, honesty, trust, reliability,discipline, commitment and dedication. In a nutshell, plain darn good service and follow up service! With these principles I don't see why a business should fail.
Our core business is focused on the supply and installation of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom units. We have also introduced General maintenance services based on client demand.
Established in 2004, we have grown to become a trusted and reliable service provider to both private and commercial clients. Most of our business originated by word of mouth. We now maintain existing clients by following the key business principles mentioned above.
Commercial clients we have done installations for include The Hilton Durban, Heb Cooler, Albany Bakeries and Mozart Ice cream (Ushaka).

It is our mission to become a service provider that clients can trust by offering professional installations and service hence our slogan "call us or refer us, we won't let you down!".
Our material is of the highest quality and is prepared in a factory by professional staff, with all the resources and machinery at their disposal, to ensure that the end product delivered to you is defect free.

General Household Maintenance
Our passion for service delivery introduced new opportunities as our business evolved. We slowly started incorporating general household maintenance into our core business.
Clients can relax and enjoy the benefit of a coordinated project managed by one contractor. Over the past three to four years we have established good working relationships with painters, tilers, electricians,builders and plumbers who share the same values and principles as we do. This protects our clients from being vulnerable to security aspects,fraud etc. The more strangers you come into contact with, the more vulnerable you become.
Our General Household maintenance includes painting, tiling, hanging of internal doors and much more. We have the experience to do complete renovations!
